About the developers

Marc Perreault and George Lathouras, partners in LAURENTIAN MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT GROUP, possess a long and successful track record of commercial and residential real estate development experience, overseeing projects throughout North America, primarily in Quebec’s Laurentian Mountains.  

This winning team was recently honoured for their L’Aiglon de Tremblant project, which won awards in 2004 and 2005 respectively, as runner up and winner of the “Best Country Home Project in Quebec” by the Association de la construction du Québec, (based on customer satisfaction, quality of construction, as well as project design and execution).
